I had a back and shoulder massage and didn't want to remove my necklace, but the therapist took it off just before starting and placed it on my phone. When I got home, I realised it was missing. Right after the massage, I was distracted by her loyalty card promotion and encouraged to pay cash/book directly via message instead of Treatwell so she can avoid the commission. I’m very concerned about the circumstances. Police was notified about this. Please go there without any expensive jewellery
