The therapist was absolutely unprofessional she looked actually surprised/angry that I booked the appointment. It felt very uncomfortable. After the wax I was bruised several places, and the hair was Not removed. I came home and all my clothes even my shoes was covered with wax. Took me about another hour to clean myself off the sticky wax. I never ever going to book with this system it felt like walking to a death trap.
