I booked this appointment very last minute after some plane and train delays lead to me missing my original appointment at another salon, the afternoon before my graduation. Sam was really understanding and accommodated for the fact I was pushed for time that morning. She did a fantastic job on my hair the photos were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anything more - so thank you Sam you’ve really made my day ❤️

Always a great welcome by the team. Tracy an exceptional cutter and always gives good advice on styles that suit me. Sam and Donna are fantastic colourists I can’t complement them enough .

I asked for layers and trusted her but when I set my hair the next day the layers were gone and were not looking as I hoped they would look. Even after telling her that I need more layers, she told it’s okay.. but it turned out as if I had a straight cut after I washed at home.
