My first ever Hollywood wax, which as you can imagine is a painful experience but Laurie was absolutely lovely, she was warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment I rang the door bell and put me at ease right away, we had a lovely natter and she just make me feel as relaxed and calm as I possibly could be! Can't fault the treatment or beautician at all and the environment was lovely, fresh and clean. Will 100% be booking again!
