I was running late for my appointment today (sorry again) yet Jack was happy to still take me. Not only did he help me out but he was so attentive and I wasn’t made to feel rushed at all. So pleased with my hair and it’s the only waves I’ve ever had that have lasted this long. Thank you so much!
