It was very frustrating to turn up at the salon to be told that a 2 year old should attend an appointment alone and that I should stand on the street for entire appointment, staring through the window to check on my child.
This venue should not be open to bookings for minors if adults are not allowed to accompany them.
To add to my frustration after standing in the street for 20 mins I was told the card machine wasn't operational.
That being said, Lisa the hairdresser was very professional.

I booked to get some highlights but knew my hair was in no state to get that done. I had a great consultation with Lisa who showed amazing creativity and problem-solving skills. I felt 100% pampered and cared for. Just what I needed. I loved hearing about her passion for hairdressing and my locks look lovely. Some places chat too much / music too loud etc. but this appointment from start to finish was perfect. They've got the xmas decs up too. Yass. Thanks and see you in 2021. x
