This was my first time at the salon. I felt very welcomed by all the girls. Lisa really understood what I was looking for and I came away with a great colour and cut. I will definitely be returning!

Over all, I'm super pleased with my hair cut. Louise asked me what I wanted and seemed to know exactly what I needed for my hair. She seemed really talented, not just skilled, at approaching her work. My trust towards the industry has been restored.
The only thing that I wish was a little different was the duration of the booking and overall ambience, experience. For the price I would have expected more luxurious approach. I will be coming back though and recommend the Louise as stylist Thanks!

I am absolutely delighted that I ended up at E&M through treatwell. My stylist was incredible- she fixed a truly awful haircut I'd had elsewhere. It was full of weird layers and looked dreadful so I'm amazed she managed to not only salvage it but give me an incredible cut! She listened to what I wanted, talked me through what she was doing and really paid attention. She was also friendly- as was everyone I met there- and knowledgeable. So glad I've found her!
