It was joyful. The staff were delightful, kind, fun and very experienced. Louise listened to every word and gave me excellent advice and choices for my hair options.
The salon was spotlessly clean, itwas cosy and had a lovely atmosphere.
I was delighted with my hair perfect colour and a great cut & style. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
