I was not sure what to expect as it is a few years since I have went to a stylist (usually barbers). Was put at ease on entering the salon and it progressed to excellent service throughout. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Francesca had the task of sorting out my air. which was in between cuts and styles, and she talked me through what she was going to do and the likely outcome. She was spot on and I look forward to the next step in the process in a few weeks time. Excellent.

Once again a brilliant experience at the salon , warm welcome , friendly exceptionally clean great service , great vibe, brilliant staff !!!
Had my colour , cut and blow dry by Esther as always brilliant and previously by Louise who is also brilliant ! An exceptionally great shampoo/rinse and head scrub(destress) by Lori
