Emma makes you feel really comfortable, and its a very relaxed environment. All staff are kind and friendly. Really go the extra mile to ensure you feel welcome. When having my treatment emma talked me through the technicalities and ensured she followed the correct procedures and documentation. I was extremely satisfied after my treatment and will most definitely continue to have all my treatments there.
