Didn’t have deep tissue due to staff being off because of sickness but they offered me a complimentary shorter back massage and to come back for the massage I’d paid for. Unfortunately as it’s a hair salon as well there’s quite a bit of noise from that so it’s not that relaxing to have a massage. Also oddly the massage room seemed to be down a staff corridor used for storage etc, not an ideal customer experience but on the whole it was ok.
