A relaxing massage with a new music cd from Olos which was excellent, finished with a good head massage (fortunately I had planned to wash my hair). The therapist was very pleasant and managed well in quite a small room.

A very good facial which stimulates the face muscles and allows better tone of the face and therefore a younger look. I have had times when this could be unpleasant but Aoife is very gentle and makes it a very pleasant experience.
