My therapist was lovely, extremely knowledgeable and provided a great facial! Reason for three stars for staff isnt due to her, but rather due to this man who came off rather cold, especially to my mum so as she waited for me to finish, she was left feeling extremely uncomfortable as she was quizzed about her hair by this same man. Also because i went in there in the hopes of having all whiteheads and blackheads cleared yet a few remained on my chin area-so overall the core purpose for attendance wasnt achieved however i did enjoy my experience, i left feeling relaxed and informed about how best to cleanse my skin at home
