The girl was polite and friendly but the quality of the service and the service experience was very bad. I had to wait because the manager was with another client so the room wasn't free for me, which shouldn’t be my problem really. The room and the conditions in the room are disgusting. An old chair and a plastic basin? Where are we? The colour didn't last, my pedicure looks very bad and I had to do it all over again. My nails were not cut properly and the shape was like my daughter did the pedicure for me. Also, the floor was very dirty, the towels were on the floor and some of the tools were used, then put on the floor and re-used. Seriously? Also, my appointment was at 11:30 and I was supposed to finish by 12:45pm. I've mentioned that I had a blow-dry booked somewhere else at 1pm. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my blow-dry for later as we've finished at 1:15pm. This is not a Sanrizz experience. They should check with which other brand associate their brand name.
Although my appt got cancelled last minute, due to staff illness, the manager did everything possible to rebook at a suitable time to cater for my needs. Even going as far as opening the shop very early next day (715am) to complete my treatment. It normally wouldn't have been an issue, but i was going on holiday and had left this treatment to the last minute to get maximum results. My B Wax itself was great. Chevone was through, quick and professional. I couldn't fault anything and I truly appreciate her going the lengths she did to fit me in pre-holiday! Thank you so much!
