Gel Nails Manicure

Really fed up with this salon now. I gave you the chance to correct the manicure and it’s absolutely horrendous.. gel all over my skin and cuticles, edges of the nail not painted evenly. It looks like a child has done it. I appreciate that you re did the treatment after the first lot had peeled off however i work long hours and have taken two hours of my time now for these very low quality treatments. I have now had to pay out elsewhere to have my nails done again as i cannot go to work like this. I have taken images and sent them to treatwell to be fair. It’s a huge shame as i have always given you 5* shaori does my hair and is fantastic. The only hairdresser i trust with my hair but after this I may have to stop visiting. I feel uncomfortable having to keep complaining however these issues need to be addressed. I can’t imagine that any of your customers are happy with a gel manicure is this is the quality. I cannot go to work with paint all over my skin and half painted nails. It’s embarrassing! I removed my previous review AS THE SALON REQUESTED VIA EMAIL but this one is staying! People need to see this and your staff need training
