Had a great massage, which was targeted to the areas I really needed it. The therapist was great, and reacted to requests for more/less pressure, and focus on specific areas like back and neck.
The treatment room is quite small, and feels cramped, but the massage bed is comfortable and heated to really help relax you

Gel Nails Manicure
Really fed up with this salon now. I gave you the chance to correct the manicure and it’s absolutely horrendous.. gel all over my skin and cuticles, edges of the nail not painted evenly. It looks like a child has done it. I appreciate that you re did the treatment after the first lot had peeled off however i work long hours and have taken two hours of my time now for these very low quality treatments. I have now had to pay out elsewhere to have my nails done again as i cannot go to work like this. I have taken images and sent them to treatwell to be fair. It’s a huge shame as i have always given you 5* shaori does my hair and is fantastic. The only hairdresser i trust with my hair but after this I may have to stop visiting. I feel uncomfortable having to keep complaining however these issues need to be addressed. I can’t imagine that any of your customers are happy with a gel manicure is this is the quality. I cannot go to work with paint all over my skin and half painted nails. It’s embarrassing! I removed my previous review AS THE SALON REQUESTED VIA EMAIL but this one is staying! People need to see this and your staff need training
