Absolutely horrific. I wanted all my dead ends off as I was starting my hair health journey as I mentioned to Emma. I wanted something easy to maintain and a style I didn’t need to use heat on. I walked out fine until hair wash day came and I saw the damage. SO CHOPPY!! She curled my hair to hide the mess. So I went back after messaging them. I was told it was my hair that’s the problem and I should only have a dry cut. I’ve had my hair wet cut multiple times over the years. Character count low
