As always it's a delight to have Emma to do my hair. She is not just a hairdresser she is a counsellor, caring, kind and very understanding. I have epilepsy and Emma always makes me feel at ease. She always tells me to sit and have a cup of tea and relax. She really understands how l am. Emma was amazing with my 7 year old granddaughter, who had her first haircut....one very happy granddaughter and nana. I found it very touching the way Emma spoke to Eva and put her at ease. Well recommended. X
