Been booked for haircut and blow dry for my daughter. She came home with wet hair with slightly uneven cut. It was done in under 10 mins. No washing hair or blow dry. It was disappointing service as clearly they were in a rush to do other people’s hair never mind my booking time for 30 mins.

I have been going to Hannah for years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my beauty treatments. Always feel comfortable, Hannah is lovely. Really enjoyable relaxing pamper, it was just what I needed (thank you for the therapy session too 🤣)
