i booked an appointment for my baby's first haircut, as i walked in the lady who greeted me at the desk (Hannah) was very polite and welcoming but the lady who cut my baby's hair (Holly) was not very welcoming. She didn't greet us well or attempt to even make small talk, she didn't offer to take our coats and it felt a little awkward.
I understand babies can be a little difficult but it would have been nice if she had been more friendly/talkative, in future i will go elsewhere
