My 4 year olds 2nd experience getting his hair cut at a salon, after his first time at a different place was so awful with awful haircut outcome (purely barbers fault being rude and careless) holly showed him that it can be a great experience and outcome, she listened to what he wanted and made him feel comfortable whole time, we will be back and i will also book for myself and other son too. Thank you x)
