The surfaces were dirty and dusty. The people were all over the place jumping from customer to customer in the middle of treatments. Westfield itself was loud and not relaxing at all. And the eyelash extensions i got were barely noticeable-waste of my money. Would not recommend to anyone.

This service doesn’t even exist, they have it on the app catalogue but they can’t really do it. I Travelled all the way from south London to Stratford just to find out they won’t do it at all. They offered a Brow Lamination instead. I accepted it. (But They didn’t offer a discount as a gesture for not having the eyebrow extension service available). The technician was very kind but the service is not worth £45 pounds. I can’t see any difference on my eyebrows and I am asking for a full refund.
I had also booked lash extensions, but when I asked to see their work, it was off putting and I decided no to go for it. They said they would do hybrid lashes and brow lamination at the same time in about 45 minutes. It sounded unrealistic to me, and I decided to go for the brow lamination only.
But As both services were prepaid, I am now investing my precious time to deal with refund request for both services.
I don’t recommend the place AT ALL, because as I said, although the technicians are extremely nice, I don’t think they are aware of what the brand wants to represent. They might not be trained at the standard at which the brand pretends to be at, I wasted £90 pounds and all I got a poor brow lamination done.

Everything was amazing ☺️ loved the result! Best lash lift & tint I’ve had so far :) looked like lash extensions! & lovely girls, definitely going again!
