Very welcoming and friendly staff. I usually feel a bit self conscious in a hairdressers but the ladies in here were all relaxed and lovely. I booked late and was a few mins late for my appointment, but that was no problem, I also booked a wet cut but they were happy to change it to a wash, cut and blow-dry. My hair is lovely too, exactly what I asked for.
