The nail technician was very good and really efficient. The set up for the manicure & pedicure was not really very comfortable as the chair is directly in front of the main entrance.

When having my pedicure I noticed that none of the tools were in cleaning solution and didn’t look particularly clean. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to call it out at the time but wish I had! My gel nails on my hands were really not particularly well painted and chipped off within a week. Never had a gel nail polish come off so quickly, and it damaged my nails with it. Also, the polish used was not OPI. There were OPI bottles on the shelf but I wasn’t shown a single OPI swatch to pick from.
