My therapist was not the person I was told I had booked. She came across as very nervous and inexperienced and was shaking so much during the manicure that she got a lot of shellac varnish around my nails and the cuticle line was very wobbly. I was really unhappy with the way they looked afterwards. She also used cuticle skin cutters which did not appear to be sterilised and cut me so I yelped. Would definitely not go back again as the whole place felt very amateur and dodgy.
A bit chaotic with the booking, but did after 4 calls (the first one asking if I could reschedule my wax!) confirm my original booking.
A decent massage but not very relaxing - I have feedback my comments to the salon but as yet no acknowledgement.
Been Feelgoods countless times, unfortunately the technician I had this time didn’t come across as confident in what she was supposed to be doing and had to re-do what she had done several times - what should have taken 20mins actually took around an hour. Very disappointed this time round
