Very friendly and welcoming, manicure was good, but I'd booked an appointment at 1:30 but the salon closed at 2 ( I didn't realise this at the time of booking), so my manicure was rushed and made me feel uncomfortable.

Kirsty is really lovely and very good a lashes, its a nice atmosphere and came out pleased with my lashes however they did start to fall out a few days after getting them done i still have a fair amount in after about a week but also would have liked them a bit longer next time but overall experience is good
