Brilliant! I love this salon so much, I'm so pleased I discovered it. The staff are friendly and professional and the treatment is always first class.
Brazilian Waxing
What started out as a lovely massage was completely ruined by what sounded like a vacuum cleaner. I asked for it to be turned off, as it completely ruined the relaxing ambience, and I was told no with no other explanation. After the massage finished, I was told it was a spray tanning booth and that they had a booking that was made before mine so they couldnt cancel it?! Sorry, I would never expect a booking to be cancelled for me but you can have easily called me to ask if I'm ok with a bit of noise or if I'd like to book another time. A massage is to provide a calming atmosphere to a customer, and I was left feeling frustrated. A massage is a luxury and no matter the venue, I would think providing a peaceful area is the main consideration for this service. As something I treat myself to once a year I was left feeling upset and disheartened that something I saved up for was completely wasted.
