Really friendly. When I visited one of the beauty therapists was training on how to bikini wax. I was asked if I would be OK with a second person in the room which I was.
They use hot wax which is so much better than strip waxing. Both beauty therapists were lovely and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going back.
