Very nice massage, the therapist made sure of what I wanted and what kind of pressure etc, very relaxing. Nice venue too and very convenient
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
My appointment was double booked so they couldn’t see me that day. They didn’t tell me this until I arrived for my appointment. They said they’d been calling and messaging but I had no missed calls or messages, and when I asked they try calling me while I was standing there it came straight through, so not sure I can believe they did try to notify me. They offered me alternative appointment times for a week later but none of the timings suited. If you book via treatwell, call to confirm.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
Pedicure was in a basement with smelly drains, no heating and cold water in the foot spa. It was so cold felt like I was paying to be uncomfortable. Had hairs left after my waxing but couldn’t see at the time as some of the lights in the room weren’t working. Only notice I had a wonky patch wax when I got home in good lighting! Won’t go back. The girl who served me was polite though.
