Clearly something not right with the gel I had had applied at another salon (not your fault) but rather than explaining this fully and that a simple gel removal wouldn't work and letting me leave to have it taken off elsewhere, continued anyway and left me with two bleeding nail beds due to filing so hard - I've had really painful nail beds for over a week after appointment, I won't be coming back!

I was given a polite welcome and l was asked if l had visited the salon before . I was was not rushed while l was getting ready for my treatment which allowed me time to get undressed . I thought that Naomi was friendly and she made me feel at ease by talking to me because she knew that l was nervous because l have not had a wax for a long time . Naomi took care with rushing . I will not hesitate to book again with her .
