My wax was not up to the usual standards of this place - I don't know if it was because the temperature wasn't right, they have changed the wax to one of lower quality or the therapist was using too little but she said it kept cracking which made it difficult to remove and as a result more painful than usual.
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I've never had my eyelashes tinted before and didnt know what to expect, but I found the experience to be relaxing and the service was lovely.
