Disappointed. I got a different masseuse to the one I’d selected and I didn’t get the ‘initial consultation’ as described either. She also didn’t know what massage I’d booked and didn’t talk me through anything so I didn’t know I should have taken my leggings off so she could do my legs. She also turned me on my front for ages with bright lights on and no towel to cover up. She barely focused on my back or shoulders where my knots are so I’m really disappointed after looking forward to it!

Really lovely people, but my shellac lasted just a couple of days and long wait time. I was right at the end of a long day and they were so accommodating so hoping it was just an ‘off’ day.
