Turned up at my 6.15pm appointment this evening and shop wasn’t even open! Phoned twice and left a voicemail. Ended up having to go to another neighbouring nail salon and paying over the odds, plus now need to apply for a refund. Wouldn’t attempt to book again.

Suki is extremely knowledgable. My skin looks amazing and the effect is long-lasting too. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. Loved it!

Seen on time and comfortable experience, just not very private. Feels very cramped in the salon upstairs, but nobody’s fault. Okay for some treatments but not all, I guess. The eyelash tinting is fine, although I’ll ask for it to be darker next time. Again, that’s my choice, no fault of therapist, who was good.
