Avoid!! Booked a wax day before holiday, turned up and was asked to wait, 15 mins later was told the therapist had double booked and wasn’t able to see me but I would get a refund. A month later, after phoning and visiting them to chase, I had to get a chargeback through my bank because they were clueless. The salon itself looks poky and grimy so it was probably for the best, much better places nearby.
