Haircut was terrible. I asked for my hair to be cut into a V-shape with layering around the face. I was advised against a V-shape as it 'wouldnt be good for my hair as too thick'. I was told layering around the face would work. The 'layering' turned out to be a straight blunt cut of the first few strands of my middle parting. It was absolutely shocking. I was told I could go back later that day for it to be fixed but I obviously did not return.
