Hair fell out very quickly after leaving the salon and my hair normally holds very well. The style looked quite different to what I'd asked for and although my stylist spent a bit of time trying to add volume, it still didn't look quite right. She did a lovely job still, just did not hold well at all and hair was completely flat within an hour.
