All in all experience was good. Though the stylist cut too much hair off and added lots of layers when a straight one-length bob was asked for (and shown in picture).

Extremely pleased with my cut and blowdry. Fast, efficient and just cut off the amount I wanted. Have always had a great experience with all stylists at Duchess.

first time at Duchess hair and beauty and will definitely be back. Royal is very friendly and welcoming and did a fab jib with my waxing/Eyebrows
