First leg wax and it hurts! Would have preferred a bit more chat to distract me but result was good, it was quick and cheap!

My beauty therapist was very friendly but the rest of the staff didn’t say hello to me didn’t feel welcomed. My beauty therapist was lovely and she put me at ease always checking how I was and was good at keeping conversation going so I was distracted.

Barbara was very professional and explained everything clearly. It was the first time I’ve had eyelash extensions and I was pleased with the result. I had half set done and it looks natural and glamorous.The only negative was that after 2 days some lashes on my right eye became dislodged (despite taking care not to rub them). However, I rang the salon and they have kindly said they will have a look at the lashes for me next week free of charge. That shows good customer care.
