Great service. Popped in to get eyebrow threading and the service was excellent I ended up getting my hair cut too. Was done very nicely and will go back

This was my first visit to Duchess, and my experience was all positive. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. My hair was cut by Roya, and I am pleased with the result. I have naturally curly hair and I am always wary of trying a new stylist because not all are confident/good at cutting curly hair, also it usually takes 2-3 haircuts before they are fully familiar with how it behaves. Another tricky aspect is it needs to dry naturally, so it's not always clear how the cut is until then. On this occasion, once home and my hair was dry, I found the back to be not quite the shape I wanted (probably partly my fault for not describing it properly), so I rang the salon, and Roya was very accommodating, booked me in for another appointment at the end of the day, when she reshaped the back more to how I wanted it, and without any fuss. I will definitely go back. I am as pleased with this cut as I have been at salons where I've paid twice the price.

I arrived there 15 minutes sooner but the staff started my hair as soon as I got there. They were so friendly and I am pretty much content with the result.
