The staff was very surprised about the price for which I could book the hair and nails services..they said was too cheap. Might be true, but I felt not comfortable, it felt like I was stealing something.. surely I had not decided the price but them by publishing their last minute offer.
In general Duchess offer good service (4 out of 5), staff is nice, they could get more professional with customer care. (the price issue should have not been raised to me taking me to show my booking to proof what was included).

Fari is always welcoming and happy to listen to what you want and will execute it to the detail. The colour was exactly what I had in mind and the haircut was as I wanted, even though I asked for a slight change at the end as well! Fari always has a smile and cannot ask for better service.
