This was my second manicure at Duchess. The first was good, but this time I was really unsatisfied, it was just very messy and not presentable. The salon did, however, offer to redo the manicure.

Lovely hairdresser that listened to how I wanted my hair cut and shaped, and did an excellent job. Salon was pleasant and clean, would definitely return.
