The worst. I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. She then started to squeeze my skin to a point where it’s now red. The steam on my face made it almost impossible to breathe and the alarm went off. Not happy at all. I’m left with sore red skin

It didn’t feel professional at all. The therapist scratched my skin because they were cleaning my blackheads with bare fingers at some point (because the napkin ripped at one point) and was aggressively pushing my skin. No questions about my skin condition, sensitivity or allergies whatsoever! I have never had facial done in a spa room before with lights dimmed. Only when they were rubbing my skin vigorously to clean up any blackheads is when a huge light ring was put in my face. Not recommend.
