The salon was lovely and the staff very kind. Unfortunately I was left with a lot of scars. I did mention my skin was very sensitive so was a bit shocked to see my face like this. I wouldn’t have a facial again because I’m not sure if this is because of the treatment or because of my skin type. However I would try a massage or something not face related.

I turned up 2 days early by mistake but they were accommodating and managed to fit me in immediately. The lady who did my nails was lovely and my hairdresser gave suggestions to make my hair healthier. I don't think the deep conditioning treatment worked/made a big difference but will return again to try hair botox!
