My hair was washed and cut in less than 10min. My fringe was cut way too short and not straight at all. I had to recut it myself once I got home. It definitely looked like they were trying to rush me out.

Nice staff, really good value, however I asked for long layers and I got given short feathery layers... apart from that, good experience.
