Duchess Hair & Beauty was easy to find, the treatments started on time and I was kindly offered coffee. The waxing was quick and effective - although a few small hairs were left/torn from the surface. Nails were ok - the nail polish was a bit thick and my cuticles did bleed - which they don't normally so for that reason it is only 4 stars. But I would return.
