Have been here a few times before, usually for a wash and cut, and the stylist has always been brilliant, so 5* for the cut. That said, I was REALLY disappointed with the service pre haircut. I was greeted by another lady when I arrived at the salon who walked right up to me (an inch from my face), maskless! She then washed my hair - splashing water everywhere. I mean ALL OVER my face, neck, down my back, paying absolutely no attention. I nearly walked out - dry cuts from now on!
