It’s a lovely first experience with Roza. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I got a Hollywood wax. It was quick and as painless as it could be. Definitely will be returning.

People were really nice but not set up for pedicures and wouldn’t recommend. Normal chair in corner of hair salon,set lower than the combined footrest/ beauticians seat on wheels so awkward/ uncomfortable and plug in footspa balanced underneath. Nail beds were ragged after, lady’s nails dug into me a lot, leg being hoisted into awkward positions, no nail dryer. Can only assume previous reviews are outdated. Wished it would end 5 mins in. Well below standard compared to nail salons for same price
