Went to this salon earlier this year to have a hair cut and donate my long hair to charity. Dulanjali was brilliant at that time but today's appointment was a complete disaster! Wanted a V-shape cut at the back and long bangs/fringe at the front. She made a complete mess of it so I'm having to fix it myself at home. Dulanjali's lovely but my appointment was a waste of my time and money - not going there again.
