After my treatment, a rude email was sent to me. Rather than taking accountability for not being able to perform a massage, they made comments about my mum making ‘scattered complaints’. A drama was created and they blacklisted me from their business, almost threatened me and marked me as an 'Unpaid client' even after insisting that I would pay. I tried booking on Groupon but they told me not to. Perhaps if it was booked in a more professional manner, I would have had a better experience.
