I booked on treatwell and was told I needed patch treatment. 4 hours earlier than required I was told they could give me my treatment despite booking it earlier and having patch test. Only 1 hairdresser and not available as per treatwell times against the salon. I have not had my highlights and still waiting doe my refund 2 days later...

Beautician would leave me for up to 10 min when I had face masks or anything else on my face. That didn't leave much confidence in me. Other than that everything else was ok.

Ok massage ruined by fact Kajal was clearly in a rush,walking to the salon at 6:02 I Recieved a call asking if I was coming, I was literally about to step in. This annoyed me as I was coming for a relaxing experience. She’s also called me earlier to ask if I could come earlier than the time I booked (why advertise as having appts at 6pm then?!). Feel she was inexperienced in back massage so wouldn’t go back but I did come away feeling a little relaxed so hence the 2/5
